Do your mattresses meet all fire safety regulations?

Absolutely, yes our mattresses comply with BS177 low hazard for domestic use.

Do you have a finance option?

Can I contact the delivery company?

Yes,once your order is ready to be despatched we will contact you with further details.

Can I get my delivery at weekends?

Presently we deliver Monday to Friday and locally near our store on Saturday or by special appointment.

What happens if I need to change my delivery day?

Please gives us 24 hours notice by email and we will be in contact to arrange another day.

Can you ship to Europe?

Yes we do.

Do I need to be at home and sign for my delivery?

Your Sleep Shop product is too valuable to be left unattended so someone will need to be available to accept and sign for your delivery.

How do I care for my mattress?

We recommend turning your mattress head to toe and side to side every month,this will prolong the life span of your mattress and minimize body impression marks.

Do you sell frames/ bases?

Yes we have a large selection of timber bed frames and divans bases and headboards with many fabrics and colors to choose from on display in our Athlone Store. Click here for details

What is a Mattress in a box?

A mattress in a box is a way if describing how your mattress is delivered. We compress it for you you to make it easier (and cheaper to deliver). You take it out of the box, wait a couple of hours for it increase to full size and then you are ready to sleep!

Do you take the old mattress away?

No we do not take away your old mattress. If this is something you require please contact us before delivery and we can try to facilitate.

Can I collect my mattress?

We offer a complimentary Click and Collect service that allows you to place an order online for any of our products and collect it on our Athlone store with no additional charges. Simply select this option at the checkout if you wish to avail of the service. The estimated waiting times for collection from any store is 3-10 working days for in-stock items. We will contact you once your mattress is available for collection. Collection time is between 10 am – 4 pm Monday - Friday and Saturday morning from 10-12pm. (Please note you will need a trailer or van to collect your mattress, if you have any queries please contact us.)

What is your Warranty?

Our confidence in the quality of our products means we give a 5 year warranty with our mattress. T/c applies.

How quickly can I sleep on my boxed mattress?

Ideally after you open the plastic and the mattress rebounds we would recommend 8 hours before sleeping on it.

Will my standard sheet sizes fit your mattresses.

Of course they will,the height of mattress vary,but there wouldn't be an issue.

What if my mattress smells?

Like anything new depending on the materials used yes there can be a smell.The initial new smell will eventually disperse if well aired.
