What bed frames are best?
A solid surface is best like a divan base which provides optimal support-if you have lathes please make sure they are less than 5cm apart a correct support rail is in place If the lathes are wider than 5cm it is advisable to use a sheet of mdf to prevent the mattress from sagging over time.

How long does it take to expand?
A mattress in a box when opened can take up to 24 hours before it fully expands and is ready for use.

Although strong and well constructed, it is light and easy to lift, ideal for changing sheets and for rotate every month. The cove is removable and washable.
