Delivery and Returns

FREE DELIVERY

We offer FREE delivery on all our mattresses within Ireland and Europe. Our delivery service is run by a third party who operates Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays) between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm only.  

You will receive a follow up email once you purchase online with an estimated delivery time.  All our mattresses are made in Ireland and currently it takes 2-3 weeks for delivery.  We will contact you once we confirm the date your mattress will be delivered.  Please feel free to contact us if you require a specific delivery date.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time frame of  2-3 weeks depending on stocks. If there is a delay outside of this time you will be advised within the 10 days.  Please note that a delivery cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order or change your delivery date you must advise us at least 2 working days before the scheduled delivery date, notice outside of this may incur a fee. 

We use a third party delivery company and the driver will only deliver to the address given at the time the order is placed.  Please note we do not accept responsibility for damage caused to your premises during delivery.  

You are also more than welcome to collect from our store in Athlone Co.Westmeath

Please note we do not take your old mattress away. *****
